On the morning of October 29, Useon held a grand relocation ceremony for its new factory in the Jurong Economic Development Zone! Distinguished guests in attendance included Mr. Wang Zhanjie, Chairman of the China Plastic Processing Industry Association, and Mr. Su Dongping, Executive Vice President of the China Plastic Machinery Industry Association; Mr. Min Jia, a member of the Jurong Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Jurong Economic Development Zone; Professor Yang Weimin, a “Yangtze River Scholar” and a professor at Beijing University of Chemical Technology’s School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; Mr. Benjamin, Technical Director from Russian petrochemical giant Sibur; and Mr. Rav Lawana, Vice President of Schneider Industrial Automation.

The event began with an enthusiastic speech from Useon’s Chairman, Mr. Chen Zhiqiang. He expressed that the relocation of the new factory marks a fresh chapter, symbolizing “Setting Sail with New Dreams.” With a total building area of over 32,000 square meters, the new factory boasts a dedicated R&D workshop and a heavy-duty workshop, significantly enhancing production capacity and research capabilities. This upgrade exemplifies Useon’s technological prowess in polymer extrusion processing.
Chairman Chen shared Useon’s vision to become a world-class supplier of polymer processing equipment through continuous innovation and hard work, providing sustainable technology solutions for the global polymer processing industry.

Yang Weimin, a “Yangtze River Scholar” and professor at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, also attended the ceremony and delivered a speech, expressing high praise for USEON. He noted that in 2023, USEON successfully launched multiple large-scale pelletizing units, achieving an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of polypropylene, showcasing its robust production capabilities. Additionally, USEON’s breakthrough in twin-screw technology has been successfully applied in lithium battery separator production, and its domestically pioneering EPS extrusion foaming pelletizing line has reached international advanced levels. Professor Yang emphasized that these achievements not only mark USEON’s growth but also significantly contribute to the advancement of polymer extrusion technology in China. He expressed confidence and anticipation for USEON’s future accomplishments at its new facility.

The factory tour allowed the guests to gain a deeper understanding of USEON’s business philosophy driven by technology.
USEON’s new factory covers an area of 32,000 square meters, from the heavy-duty workshop specifically designed for large equipment, to the R&D workshop, followed by the larger assembly workshop and modern office areas. Every part of the factory embodies USEON’s ambitious and forward-looking dreams.
