What's PP/PS Sheet?

PP Sheet

PP sheet is made of PP (Polypropylene) resin through extrusion, calendering, trimming and other processes.

PP sheet has the characteristics of light weight, bright and calm surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability, electrical insulation, and non-toxicity. After thermoforming, it can be made into daily necessities such as beverage cups and food boxes.

PS Sheet

PS (Polystyrene) sheet is a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material developed in recent years. With its excellent thermoforming performance, good defensive performance, environmental protection performance and hygienic performance, it is widely used in the blister package of medicine, food, toys, electronics and clothing.

Main Features:

Low static electricity generation, suitable for packaging products that require low static electricity.
Easy to vacuum forming, and the product has good anti-attack performance.
It has good hygienic properties and can be in direct contact with food without causing harm or benefit.
It is easy to be colored and can be made into materials of different colors and produced into vacuum hoods of different colors.
Good hardness, this kind of sheet material has better hardness than other sheet materials of the same thickness. The thermoformed cup can be used as a hot and cold drink cup.
It meets the requirements of environmental protection and can be recycled and reused. When its waste is incinerated, it does not produce harmful substances that harm the environment.
