Spunbond Machine
Spunbond fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric. It has a wide range of uses and is one of the important raw materials for masks.
USEON provides PP spunbond non woven fabric machines.
- Single Beam Spunbond Line
- Double Beam Spunbond Line
- SSS Triple Beam Spunbond Line
Our spunbond nonwoven fabric making machine can produce high quality PP spunbond fabrics. The spunbond production line runs stably, with high output and high efficiency.

Spunbond Process Introduction
The spunbond process uses high-speed hot air to draw thin streams of polymer melt extruded from the die orifice, thereby forming ultra-fine fibers and condensing on the belt collector, and relying on self-adhesion and become a non-woven fabric.
Layout of Spunbond Machine
Different types of spunbond machine have different sizes. And there will be some different layouts. The layout of spunbond lines with different layers will be more different.
The figure below is the layout of the US3200 model of our single beam spunbond production line.
Spunbond Machine Flow Chart
Take the most common US3200 model as an example, the flow chart is as follows:
