Spunbond Process Introduction

The spunbond process uses high-speed hot air to draw thin streams of polymer melt extruded from the die orifice, thereby forming ultra-fine fibers and condensing on the belt collector, and relying on self-adhesion and become a non-woven fabric.

Different types of spunbond machine have different sizes. And there will be some different layouts. The layout of spunbond lines with different layers will be more different.
